AI Strategy for Leaders

The earlier courses made you fluent with AI as an individual. This one operates a level up: leading AI across a team or organization. By the end you will be able to write and defend a one-page AI strategy and roadmap for your own organization.

How this course is taught: a running capstone

This course is case-driven and framework-first, with a running capstone: each lesson adds one section to your own AI strategy document. By the final lesson you are not starting from scratch, you are assembling and defending what you built along the way. The hands-on work here is strategy work (opportunity maps, prioritization, a business case, a governance plan), not coding.

The arc

MovementWhat you produce
FrameSee where AI creates value and find the opportunities
DecideTurn opportunities into a prioritized, funded, build-or-buy portfolio
EnableAssess readiness and lead the people side
GovernPut guardrails in place and lay out a path from pilot to scale

See where the value is, choose the bets, build the readiness, lead responsibly.

The lessons
