These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OpenProf, an AI-powered learning platform operated by Lex AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Lex AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using OpenProf, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use OpenProf. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to use OpenProf:

• in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
• to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to send spam;
• to attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; or
• to introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OpenProf (such as code, answers, and submissions). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute that content to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service.

All content, software, and materials that are part of OpenProf and are provided by us remain the exclusive property of Lex AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Certain features may require payment or a subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize us or our payment providers to charge the applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or evaluation is accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lex AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
